EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy approach that helps people heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. It works by supporting your brain’s natural ability to process and reframe memories that feel “stuck,” so they become less overwhelming over time.

During sessions, we use gentle techniques that help your mind stay grounded while you focus on what you’ve experienced, allowing the emotional intensity to gradually decrease. Many people find thay EMDR helps them feel more at ease, less triggered by the past, and more present in their daily life.

CBT-I

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is a short-term, evidence-based approach that helps improve sleep by changing the thoughts and behaviors that keep insomnia going. It focuses on identifying unhelpful sleep habits and beliefs about sleep and gently replacing them with patterns that support more consistent rest. This may include adjusting sleep routines, building better sleep cues, and reducing the pressure and worry that often come with difficulty sleeping.

Over time, CBT-I helps your body and mind relearn how to sleep more naturally, leading to more restful nights and improved daytime energy.
